The World Initiative Network, in partnership with BBFI Missions, exists to mobilize skilled professionals to use their gifts, training, and skills to reach the world with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Opportunities in church planting, medical missions, and teaching abroad are just a few of the many pathways we offer for missions engagement.

While each mission opportunity has its unique requirements, there are some general requirements that must be met by all those seeking to become WIN Missionaries. Some of these requirements include:

1. Must be a born-again believer and have publicly identified with Jesus through Believer’s Baptism.
2. Must be a member of a Baptist church or church of like faith.
3. Must have a sending church of like faith that is located in the United States.
4. Must give a clear explanation of God’s leading in their lives.
5. Must be at least 22 years of age.
6. Must be a US citizen or married to a US citizen.
