While each opportunity through the World Initiative Network may have unique steps for candidates to walk through, the process below will serve as an overview of the basic process for acceptance into the WIN Program.

6 Steps to Becoming a WIN Missionary:

Step 1 – Visit worldinitiativenetwork.org for more information about opportunities to serve with the World Initiative Network. Click on the Apply Now button at the top of the site to be taken to the pre-application.

Step 2 – A member of the World Initiative Network leadership team will evaluate the submitted pre-application and set up an initial phone interview to discuss God’s leading in your life.

Step 3 – Following the phone interview, the official application packet will be sent to the applicant to be filled out and returned.

Step 4 – Once the official application has been submitted, the staff of the World Initiative Network will process the application and advance the file on to the WIN Acceptance Committee.

Step 5 – The WIN Acceptance Committee will evaluate the candidate file, call the missionary candidate, call included references, and a formal vote for the acceptance of the WIN Missionary Candidate will take place.

Step 6 – Once the WIN Acceptance Committee has voted to accept the WIN Missionary candidate into the WIN Program, the newly accepted WIN Missionary will attend a two-day training at the WIN Office in Springfield, MO.
